Frequently asked questions
Can I generate an AI video for free without signing up?
Yes. The daily free trial makes a 4-second, 480p video without an account. Daily limit per device: 1, shared before and after sign-in. Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC; network limits and daily availability also apply. Eligible new verified accounts can receive one additional registration trial voucher.
What do new accounts receive?
Eligible new verified accounts can receive one 4-second, 480p registration trial voucher, valid for 30 days from registration and subject to daily allocation. The voucher is separate from paid credits and the daily device trial. It is used when a generation request is accepted, including if the request later fails or is cancelled. Previously issued credits remain in the account under their existing terms.
Do free video downloads have a watermark?
Free AI Video adds no watermark to daily free trials, registration-voucher videos or credit-paid videos. There is no separate export fee.
About watermark-free downloadsWhich AI video model does this use?
The generator currently uses Seedance 2.5 to create short videos from a text prompt or a reference photo.
About Seedance 2.5Can I turn a photo into a video?
Yes. Add one reference photo and describe the motion you want. The video aspect ratio follows the image automatically. Reference photos also work on the free guest trial.
How long are the generated videos?
Daily trials and registration vouchers create 4-second, 480p clips. Credit videos are 10 seconds at 720p and cost 100 credits each. Settings are fixed; with a reference photo, the aspect ratio follows the image automatically.
Which aspect ratios can I use?
For text-to-video, choose landscape 16:9, portrait 9:16, square 1:1, or 4:3 and 3:4. With a reference photo, the video follows the image aspect ratio automatically.
What happens if a video render fails?
Credit-paid failed jobs automatically return the credits used for that job. Free daily trials and registration vouchers are counted when a request is accepted; failure or cancellation does not automatically restore the allowance. Contact support about a clearly broken result. Purchase refunds follow the separate refund policy.
